A tribute to our 100th restaurant opening, Cento is an authentic, chef-driven Italian oasis. Inspired by the intimacy & culinary creativity of the finest restaurants in Italy, Cento is a warm, welcoming, & enchanting addition to German Village. Cento is a place for the entire community – a new, timeless, everyday destination where Great People Deliver Genuine Hospitality.

We accept reservations up to 30 days in advance. Reservations for each new day become available at 8AM on OpenTable. Walk-ins are welcome for bar top seating on a first-come basis with our full menu available. To ensure seating in our dining rooms, we highly recommend reservations. Dining Room Reservations will have the option to be seated first on our Garden Terrazza. All other guests will be seated on a first-come basis, weather permitting.
If you cannot make your reservation, we ask that you please cancel by 12PM the day of your reservation. Cancellations outside the allowed window will be charged $25/person.

We are featuring hand-selected wines from Italy’s top winemakers. These rare wines will be offered by the glass for a special price. Join us on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Pouring begins at 4:00 pm. Featured wine: Damilano “Cannubi” Barolo, 2015. Wine is limited for these events, so we recommend securing your spot early!

This was our first visit to Cento German Village, but certainly won't be the last. Everything from the bread service to the attention from our wait staff was perfect. We often pass on appetizers, but this time we opted for the burrata. So delicious. The bread prior to the appetizer is worth trying Cento alone! We've never had bread so good! And it's serviced with a bit of fresh chunks of parmesan cheese from a large cheese wheel in the dining room. Fortunately we've been to Italy a couple of times and the atmosphere was so authentic to dining experiences in Italy. Many of the restaurants feel like you're in an actual wine cellar, and Cento was spot on! As for food, my husband had the Brazzino (similar to sea bass) and I had the Scarpinocc. The pasta totally tasted homemade. I was very impressed. As with most Cameron Mitchell restaurants, the sauce is always top notch. It really makes the dish. We can hardly wait to go back and try other entrees. My husband also had the beet salad, while I opted for the endive. Both were really good. We were pretty full and unable to try a dessert, but would like to try the bar next time for a coffee with a kick and some dessert. There is an outdoor patio, which also has a bar. We were tempted to stay and have a drink there before leaving, but just stood and admired the setting for a moment instead. It looked very inviting and the weather was beautiful. Cento does have valet parking, but we opted for street parking within a couple of blocks. Like I said, the weather was nice and German Village is a nice area to stroll. We can't say enough about our Food Captain, Joey! He was perfect with his attention, not too overbearing, but never left our water glass low either. He engaged in conversation about the restaurant, the food, and travels. He was so polite and attentive. You could see the kitchen from our seating and everyone seemed happy to be working at Cento, which makes the dining experience pleasant.

The staff is excellent, they know their product and are very attentive. The burrata is the best I’ve ever had (and yes, I am a foodie). The bronzio was also stellar. My family also enjoyed the chicken saltimboca and their pasta special. We dined outdoors on their patio which was lovely. The menu is a little pricey but well worth it. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the ambiance and experience of the restaurant, but the overall quality of the food, specifically the pasta dishes was very disappointing especially considering how expensive the meals are. The rigatoni tasted like someone cooked boxed rigatoni from the grocery store and poured red sauce on it. There was no flavor, no salt, it was extremely bland. We don’t normally write reviews but felt like we needed to for this restaurant because of how expensive it was. Again, we enjoyed the ambiance and service and overall experience but the food was a let down. Out of everything we had the garlic bread and tiramisu were the best things we had.

Dining at Cento was a very nice experience. The food was delicious and the wait time wasn't long. Our waiter was attentive to our needs but wasn't over bearing. The atmosphere was calming and the restaurant itself was very clean. The music was also really good to. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would recommend anyone who loves Italian food to try this place out.

Is it expensive, absolutely. Is it worth it, yes. A quiet night out with wonderful service, and impeccable food, with those you love, with great atmosphere is a luxury that I’m happy to splurge for. Just a marvelous experience.

(Fri 10/4/24, 7:15 res) Service was excellent. Atmosphere on their patio was a 10/10. Cocktails were on point and appetizers were very good as well (get the squash blossoms!). Unfortunately, the main courses were a 3/10. We all felt the mains were over-salted and nearly inedible. We agreed they must have been accidentally seasoned with salt twice. The rigatoni alla vodka had very little flavor which was surprising for a CM restaurant. The pesto was the saltiest. Our friend had the lasagna and said "something tasted off" but she could not articulate exactly what. Too bad because the place is gorgeous and staff were impeccable. That said, we will not go back. On a side note, comparing Yelp photos of our same dishes, ours were a bit sloppy in comparison to the beautiful presentations others received. Perhaps all this because we were there Friday at a peak hour?
