Explore the property, walking among Shiraz vines planted in 1998 and visit the oldest standing Chinese Dormitory in Victoria. See panoramic scenes of the winery from the viewing platform, where the open-air vats built in the 1880s are still used to this day, and make way to the Family Cellar - a treasure trove of history and wine. Head to the Barrel and Great Halls, which house award-winning wines nurtured in century-old barrels. Conclude at the Cellar Door with a glass of All Saints Estate Fortified.
