It took about 30 minutes for a server to take our order and almost an hour and a half to get our food after that. During that time we were checked on once around the hour mark. All of the tables around us were having a similar experience. The food was fine but not worth the price and definitely not worth the wait. The restaurant gave us dessert as a consolation prize.

The food is amazing. The cornbread, pork belly, and beast meatball appetizers are delicious. The specialty cocktails are good too. Service can be slow due to an undersized kitchen and the time it takes to cook delicious food, but the wait is worth the while. Definitely eat here!

Food was good service was slow. Both drinks and meals did not come out 2 table at same time. We had 7 people and 3 dishes were served 10 minutes later 2 showed then the rest another 5 minutes. I noticed this at other tables too. Out server did not come by after all dishes server. I will not be back since the restraunt doesn't seem to care much about service, especially for the price you pay

Service was slower than we're used to at this establishment, perhaps they were understaffed. My side of potatoes was not warm.

Our server, Franceska, was top notch. Very attentive without being overbearing or making us feel rushed. She was very apologetic when I informed her that my steak (ordered rare/medium rare) came as borderline well done and immediately got the chef on a new one cooked to order. There was a small group of 6 people at a table close to us that we were worried would be very loud but for most of the meal they were fine. UNTIL…. They had another group of maybe 10-12 people come in that they obviously hadn’t seen in a long time because it was all of a sudden a big family reunion of hugs and kisses and stories and laughing. Oh, did I forget to mention that this was going on all around our table? Yes, literally in a big circle around our table was 8 different conversations about life and travel and the drive to Green Bay and the wedding etc etc etc etc. All at the top of their lungs and all while we were trying to finish what had started out as a pretty nice quiet dinner for my wife and I. One guy standing directly behind me even kept bumping my chair as he talked! Who does that? And in the middle of a restaurant!? Luckily we had already received our bill but we couldn’t even finish our meal and no one from the restaurant even seemed concerned that this group was being so incredibly rude! So we got up and handed our bill back to our server as we walked out. This is definitely not the first time we’ve eaten at Cedar & Sage but it might be our last. Way too many great restaurants in the area to put up with something like that.

Unfortunately the night of our anniversary happened to be the night of a packer game and it was so packed. We waited an entire hour just to be served stale fries, totally charred salmon, and then some vegetable side dish that didn't seem cooked all the way
