Cedar + Elm is the heart of The Lodge at St. Edward State Park, a beautifully restored landmark hotel peacefully tucked away in a lush 326-acre forest just 30 minutes from Seattle.

Led by Executive Chef Luke Kolpin (Formerly of Noma and Bravo's Top Chef), Cedar + Elm’s menu is inspired by the undeniable spirit of the region we’re proud to call home. Every ingredient, flavor, and method of preparation is infused with an anchored authenticity. The bounty of each season informs our direction, culminating in familiar and approachable dishes with refined presentations and bold flavors.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, or brunch, for an inspired Pacific Northwest dining experience. We also feature live music in our Tonsorium Bar Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as all night happy hour Sunday through Thursday!

Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. This experience will only be offered as advanced ticketing, and is only available on specific nights and in limited quantities. Not to be missed!

Join us at The Lodge at St Edward Park on Sunday February 9th for a romantic musical soiree not to be missed. Resident guitar legend and multi-instrumentalist Andre Feriante is composing an evening of romantic music featuring classic vocals from the American songbook, Spanish guitar, violin & guitar duets and love poems over a bed of music. Accompanying Andre is violinist and vocalist Linda Vogt, whose work has been seen in numerous NW orchestras, as well as her tenure in local lounge performances. Andre will bring the charm of his 18 consecutive Valentine's Performances at Benaroya Hall for this fine evening. Small bites included in the price, and full cash bar available. Come earlier in the day to experience the Valentine Maker's Market!

Grab your mask and beads and meet in Tonsorium Bar and the historic Remington Ballroom for a night to remember! Local 6 piece Jazz ensemble UMAMI will be guiding us through the night with their eclectic and tasty rhythms, horns and unique blend of sounds. We'll have festive cocktails just for the occasion, King cakes, and great Cajun specials to indulge in. Tickets include access to the performance and light appetizers. Wow! Very little food for $75 plus mandatory tip. For $75 you get 4 sandwiches that are 1.5" square and more dessert and scone

The five course chef's special was especially special for our 57th wedding anniversary celebration!! Our female server Vlada and somalia were both superb!! Couldn't be more pleased. My wife Blanche and I will highly recommend this exquisite dining experience to our friends. Pleased, Steve

Beautiful setting, refined setting. Everyone in our party thought their food was excellent. I loved the wheat flatbread with “dirty dip” and the Dungeness salad was delicious. Service was excellent as well.

Some of the best food of my life and worth every penny. The view of the sunset is amazing and everything was perfect from the flatbread appetizer to the cocktails.

Cedar and Elm was a lovely experience. The food and drinks were excellent and the space with the seminary setting outdoors on a sunny day? We couldn’t have asked for more from a Sunday brunch outing. We will definitely visit when we are in Seattle again.

Very much enjoyed the experience eating in an atmosphere that sends you back in time. The food was excellent, using root vegetables, mushrooms and organic meats. Excellent desserts unique for this restaurant. We will ho back.

This was our first time and we fully enjoyed our experience. The venue is beautiful. The menu was minimal but excellent options and well prepared. Definitely a return trip is in order!

It was our first time at Cedar + Elm and what a really lovely experience. The ambiance was cozy, warm and romantic. The brunch menu is simple and delicious. I love that they have a great selection of lattes as well! This place is perfect for a date or a celebration! It’s hidden in a state park, so you can also plan to do a little “urban” hike while you’re here! This place is quintessential PNW vibes.
