This modern and joyful take on tea pays homage to its rich history, while providing an unforgettable & approachable experience.

Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. Join us at Cedar + Elm for a festive night of a la carte French cuisine and live entertainment celebrating the release of the latest Beaujolais Nouveau vintage! Local performers Rouge will join us with their eclectic mix of festive French sounds, as we pour both local Gamay Noir freshly bottled to be the first releases of the 2024 Vintage; 'Nouveau Nouveau' from local Division Cellars. There will also be vintage and Cru Beaujolais selections poured by the glass to accompany Chef Luke Kolpin and team's French inspired dinner selections.
