We are three New York hospitality industry veterans, and Cecily is our Greenpoint home. Originally conceived during the pandemic as a mission-driven neighborhood restaurant with a deep and thoughtful wine list, where we could provide our employees meaningful profit sharing and ownership, and our guests incredible service. Cecily values a sense of place and neighborhood, delicious sustainable food, and responsible stewardship in our community.

Cecily is incredible! The food, the drinks, the service, the ambiance. It’s not often you find a restaurant that hits the mark on each of these but Cecily does. Worth the trek from wherever you are in NYC. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in the Big Apple.

2nd time. Had a 7:30 reservation but had to wait 25min to be seated and another 20min before anyone took our order. Server never introduced himself, service rotated between three different people. A small token apology but no offer of a round of drinks, comped item, etc. Nothing. Very little consideration. Food was very good though

Had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday with amazing food and drink. The house made amaro was delicious.

Love everything about this little neighborhood gem! Beautiful, high quality ingredients, delicious natural wine, excellent service. Food was amazing, must order desserts!

We had a great evening. Everything we ordered was delicious. The dishes were creative and beautifully presented. The service was flawless. Great vibe—we will definitely go back again.

My second time at Cecily and they never disappoint. The food always uses fresh and seasonal ingredients and their wine program is on par with two Michelin star restaurants. You are missing a fantastic experience if you have not dined here yet.

Incredible meal - in a beautiful space. Each bite was better then the next. Mussel toast ( - their signature dish we were told ) is a must! Wait staff were attentive and spot on with recommendations
