Large restaurant, beautifully designed, small limited menu. Several things on the menu are for 2, which, if you’re not sharing, take that option away. Pasta dishes are small portions. We tried a spicy pasta but it we all agreed that it was so spicy it was not enjoyable. For now, stick to the small plates. We will try it again after they have had a chance to work on the menu. Wait staff was great!

Greg, our waiter, was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥-- he made an already amazing experience, elevated. Highly recommend Cece's, ask for Greg!

We were excited to try Cece’s in Cross Keys because it’s not far from our north Baltimore home. The restaurant is very stylish and spills out into the courtyard of the shopping center. Upon first glance, the menu seemed a bit limited and not especially unique, but the food was delicious. The crusty garlic bread was fantastic. I loved the creamy corn soup with a pepper that was unfamiliar to me. My husband enjoyed his octopus salad. My beef filet was cooked perfectly and was enhanced by an onion marmalade, but the highlight for me was the crispy potato rosti sticks with aioli, unlike any potato dish that I have had previously. They were divine. The creamy pea side dish with a mixture of sugar snap and English peas were also good. Service was very attentive. Only negative is that the tables are too high for the comfortable chairs.

Exceeded expectations. The food was delicious! Flavors I have never had before that all worked really well together. The service was great, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. It is beautiful inside!

Food was good .. Not hospitable to withold bread until food order is in .. Also did not care to be rushed based on how “busy” kitchen is .. Not relaxing for dining out ..( food came out in 5 mins)

Great cocktails, food and wine. Service was slow and our server was not managing the table very well. Missing setups. Courses coming out way too fast. Server was gregarious and engaging which made up for other service fails. Overall a lovely experience. So happy to have CeCes in the hood.

Beautiful spot Service needs work even when we asked for some things they were forgotten Prices too high for mediocre service I hope they can get it right either become a more casual restaurant or elevate service

My date was very impressed. The vibe and flow of the bar and dining room was fun and exciting. The wait staff was very attentive yet not intrusive.

The food was good, the service was good (although a little bit delayed in getting what we asked for). And the timing could have been better. Plates and silverware arrived after the food came. Overall, it was pleasant. But I think they need to do a little work to refine the experience. It's pricey, so my expectations were high.
