Dreadful food and appalling service. An hour to get our food and then it arrived wrong When it finally arrived there wasn’t dressing available for my tasteless salad and my companions pizza was minuscule and had incorrect topping. A really dreadful lunch

So many places to eat around Shoreditch, it can be hard to make the right choice! But if you are looking for authentic tastes of Italy, with a friendly atmosphere and a bit of buzz this restaurant is well worth seeking out… We booked in after another place, not to be named, sadly closed up and cancelled our reservation. And after a a bit of searching we chose Cecconi's and no regrets at all, can't fault the service, ambience and style of this lovely place. Such a warm welcome and a menu that had plenty of choices that tempted. Shared a few small plates and then it was mains time with a some very nice wine. Barbera Asti does not disappoint and neither did the pasta dishes. We took our time, never felt that the welcome was outstayed and left, full, happy and off into the night with the flavours of Italy to remember. Hope to return…

Absolutely brilliant waitress and service in general! Wasn’t blown away by the food but it was good enough.

Sadly this was an off night for Cecconi’s. We have eaten there four times in all and the first three occasions were lovely, food good attentive service bubbly atmosphere. This time we were only told as we sat down that the pizza oven was broken and many items on the menu were not available. The pasta dish my daughter ordered was not good. Bit of flat evening for my birthday and we will think hard before returning given that it’s very pricey for an Italian restaurant. The service was unapologetic.

Always good. Nice environment, food and good service. My only mild gripe is that even when less than full the acoustics are such that it’s very noisy if you want to chat.

Very fun vibe with great service and excellent food. Our server was a lot of fun which so often takes a dining experience from decent to exceptional.

Booked last minute but so worth it. Food was amazing and the staff were so lovely. Would definitely visit again.
