Service here is completely unacceptable, the blonde lady at the front is severely lacking in front of house skills. She did not greet or even acknowledge us when we arrived, and when we finally got her attention she was too lazy to seat us and had the audacity to point at a table for us to sit at. Multiple individuals complained about her behaviour today alone. Food is average at best. I would go elsewhere if visiting Bicester. Give Cecconi’s a miss.

Wow! Perfect place for our anniversary meal. Great staff and food was excellent.

Despite making a reservation our table was not set in advance. Rib eye steaks were over cooked (not medium rare as requested). Servers reached across diners and were unpolished in their service. Cod dish was sensational so were the 2 pasta dishes. Manager was very accommodating in sorting bill issue at the end. It was good but there are simple things you could do to make it great !

Staff were super friendly and helpful it was bank holiday so it was mega busy but we still had a lovely lunch and great service Definitely recommend

Dined here for lunch. The food and service was amazing. Pizza’s were the best I have had outside of Italy. The black truffle arancini was the best arancini I have ever eaten. It was amazing. The salmon tartare was also amazing, had an almost Peruvian taste to it. Flavours were perfect. Overall, it was an amazing meal. The service was spot on, friendly, attentative and prompt. They even gave me a lovely birthday dessert which was really nice. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat if I didn’t live so far away. Would now like to try the ones in London too. Will definitely return on our next shopping trip to Bicester.

The food was excellent - the staff were attentive and considerate, checking in but not too much. The flavours in the food were excellent and quality of ingredients. We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday and the staff provided a celebratory dessert, thank you.

Excellent restaurant. Food fabulous, staff attentive and friendly. Lovely interior immaculate . A wonderful visit Thankyou to all staff.

Amazing service from the moment we arrived, friendly staff who seated us very quickly and opened the closed area. Food was just simple and incredible., that’s all there is to say really and desserts were top notch. We had the tiramisu which was one of the best I’ve ever had!
