Food was delicious. Paella for two was enough for three people easily. Coconut mojito was amazing. Staff was so attentive and friendly. Great experience!!

My family and I had an amazing experience at Cayo Blanco. The food was delicious and servers were incredibly attentive and friendly! This restsurant is a must on your next visit to San Juan. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The food was excellent. The service is excellent. The waiters was excellent. I had a very good time and I love love the spicy tacos, spicy crab tacos. Oh my God they were so delicious and the hurricane bon appétit.

My second time here and I highly recommend, food is top notch and service as well..tried something different this time besides Paella and was not disappointed a bit..muy caliente!!

The food was amazing, we got the seafood stew and the fried red snapper and everything tasted fresh. The portions were big so come with an empty stomach. Our server was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed but didn’t hover while we ate so we didn’t feel uncomfortable. Their cocktails were also nice we had the pina colada and strawberry mojitos

I was excited to try this place based on all the positive reviews however, I ordered the grilled swordfish, which was moist but zero grilled flavor. There was no sauce offered or served with it. It came with asparagus wrapped in prosciutto but they were so diminutive. The starch I chose was French fries. They were served limp and greasy. The kitchen staff have to know this or they are completely inexperienced or oblivious. I showed the bartender and he ordered a fresh portion and no surprise they came out worse. Greasy, limp and inedible. I looked down the bar with a clear sight into the kitchen and saw a plastic bottle of Prego marinara sauce on the counter. That pretty much summed it up for me and a complete waste of $40 including tip. I should have known when I saw plastic condiment containers being served with every dish, purporting to be an upscale seafood dining establishment. To be perfectly honest, as much as I travel and dine at fine establishments on business and leisure I seriously quest a lot of the positive reviews.
