Using the best of ingredients from our award winning local suppliers, all our dishes are a real treat to enjoy within the historic surroundings of the Stables courtyard at Chatsworth House.

The bus stop is just a short walk from the house, garden and farmyard entrances.<br />The closest train station to Chatsworth is Chesterfield. Recommend to book beforehand. Lovely setting and lovely food. Service a bit haphazard as didn't seem to be a dedicated server for your table. A nice treat .

Sublime. Beautiful food and excellent service. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with the food...It wasn't value for money. The sandwich s weren't fresh they looked angf felt asthough they had been made hrs before..

The service was faultless friendly and efficient. The room was very pleasant and the lovely colourful crockery was very nice. We found the “starter” odd and although tasty rather odd for afternoon tea. The sandwiches were fresh albeit a little bulky more but of a dainty nature might be nice, the bon bon was very good. The scones were great lots of cream and jam but the cake selection was very chocolate based making it rather rich and too much. We and I noticed most of the other diners did not manage to eat several chocolate based cakes however they were boxed up to bring home for later, which is a very nice touch. The tea selection was very different and in fact very nice, I was pursued by the server to try different ones and am grateful she did as I really enjoyed the recommended ones. All in all a very pleasant afternoon and excellent service throughout.

Lovely afternoon tea at Chatsworth, which was a treat for my wife’s birthday. The food and portions were perfect, complemented by very attentive service from all the staff. A very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful setting, lovely, kind attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Food was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. Didn’t feel rushed or that we had to leave the table. Felt very spoilt and looked after. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
