Don Q has a 150-year history of making Puerto Rico’s best rum. Savor each sip and bite while a Don Q representative and our Culinary Team guide you through each selection. -First Course- MOFONGO duck, pique verde boricua DON Q CRISTAL MOJITO Don Q uses a multiple distillation system to produce a cleaner, more refined, and more delicate flavor profile. We tried this restaurant based on the chef even though it’s in a hotel and our risk paid off, dinner was excellent and service was consistent, friendly and professional. A beautiful setting, it wasn’t busy, but that made it even better. We finished the evening with drinks at the rooftop bar, which is also worth checking out.

A consistently superb dining experience. I order the steak tartare appetizer every time I go there, it's probably the best I've ever had... Bone marrow + parmesan: this must be their secret sauce!

5 stars is not enough for this staff. We were pampered by them over our 3 days of business meetings here. The Cavalier team was absolutely incredible.

The food was fabulous - we had the duck, salmon, and pavlova. All very delicious. Duck was rendered perfectly, salmon had a wonderful crust with slightly spicy chimicurri. The pavlova's blood orange curd was lovely but I could have done with a bit more of it. The almond cream added a great touch.

Excellent and prompt dinner service by Edward and the rest of the restaurant team. Our group of 6 had a wonderful time. We will be back for sure

It was a terrible experience. The valet took 20 minutes Waiting for the table 30 minutes Love and chocolate menu regular food, low quality wine package, waiting too long between every course. It was a very costly experience
