This has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had a restaurant. Not only were there 3 flys/bugs in our drinks at 3 different times during our dinner, but when the hostess brought out a replacement iced tea there was the fruit tag sticker floating in my cup! My pesto penne was hard, barely cooked, in an oily-watery mess of a sauce which barley had any chicken that we paid extra for, and it took 30 mins for her to come back to take our orders. There was a large group of men by the bar inside and outside causing a scene arguing loudly over the outcome of a game so much so that the only other couple seated inside with us was also noticeable upset. I do not write review often as I also work in the food/hospitality industry but this experience is one for the books and needs to be addressed. 3 flys?! In all of the replacements iced teas? Come on.

I went to this place because of the patio seating but its closed. The place/ambiance inside is great though AC is up and cold and only one staff running back and forth giving her best serving her customer. Thumbs up to this staff. Food menu is interesting.

Went with a group of friends. There was maybe two other tables seated in the restaurant. We were seated with some water and no service for about 15 min or so. Staff was just chatting at the bar. We decided to leave. Too bad, we were excited to try it!

The service was great! Staff very friendly unfortunately the food was not good. We ordered the Big Mac tacos and the meat looked old and had a hard part I had to spit out and I never found what it was. Then we tried the bruschetta and it was not good either. Our first beer was warm but the server was quick to correct it with an alternate option. Would not go back.

Great dinners for all! Food was fresh and delish. Our server was exceptional. Polite/friendly and she went above and beyond getting us warm milk for our toddler's bottle. She took our pic too!

My best friend and I went to cause an effect last night for a girls night out dinner and drinks! It was the perfect place and we had such an amazing time. The highlight of the night was the cocktails made by our bartender/server line. She was so sweet and made the yummy drinks! The food was fresh, hot And was super tasty as well! If you’re ever looking for somewhere to go in the Hamilton Hamilton/Stone Creek area. I would highly recommend going to cause and effect.

Good food. Good service. Good atmosphere. Held an event here and they accommodated us with great food and service. Apps were fantastic and the desert was next level. I’d definitely come back here in a heartbeat.

Went to experience the effects , got the drink with no effects had to ask the server and she showed us those that are served with the dry iced effects. She didn’t want to serve drinks with effects is how I felt. My guess was not impressed and was there to enjoyed the fun of the drinks and it was felt like a normal bar nothing special.

It felt very clubby - loud pumping music - was empty at 6:30, then by the time we left at 8:00, much younger crowd was in there, with/for drinks as opposed to a date night meal, like we were there for. Food was just ok. It wasn’t great, but wasn’t outstanding. I’m certainly not telling everyone about it. I did really enjoy the gummy bear martini though. It was smokin!
