Cathédrale Las Vegas, a Mediterranean restaurant envisioned by Executive Chef Jason Hall, takes culinary inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain, and Greece. Each flavorful dish is crafted with premium farmers' market fresh ingredients, such as the exquisitely marbled 48oz. Wagyu Tomahawk flambéed and served tableside. Unforgettable tableside experiences can also be found with the fully fileted Salt Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the Affogato dessert, where espresso is poured over salted caramel gelato and presented in a carved ice block. The magnificent interior design features show-stopping beaded metal chain installations that enhance the decadence and creativity of the cuisine and architecture.

Amazing experience, the best food! Jehr was our server and great banter, recommendations and service. Loved the attention to detail for our anniversary dinner. Thank you Cathedral, we will be back.

Ribeye medium cooked to perfection, but was slightly less warm than expected. Fettuccini was delicious. Steak tartare was plated well and had good flavor. The service and ambiance warranted the price but the food was definitely slightly higher priced than the value. It was a great experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting vegas.

Front the entrance to departure the experience was phenomenal. Ambience and decor is stunning. The food was delectably satisfying and visually pleasing. The service was good and bar craftsman JT was entertaining and an expert in mixology. My girlfriends and I had an extraordinary experience and will definitely be back!

Food was bland surprisingly. We ordered a few apps for the table, got to try everything, and was extremely underwhelmed. Service was not as attentive. Would not pay another visit for food.

Great wait staff. Very attentive, friendly and quick. Great atmosphere. Love other TAO restaurants. Tao and Lavo are fantastic. Little underwhelmed by Cathedrale. Food was ok. Ordered sole and prawns. Sole was excellent. Prawns were just ok. Rest of meal not very memorable. Wasn’t for us, but TAO has excellent restaurants. Worth a shot if you are familiar with TAO. Might have better experience.

It was a great experience at Cathédrale. Food was excellent and service was excellent. Bar drinks were delicious. There is even live music and entertainment.

Cathedrale in Vegas was okay, but it left us longing for the New York location, which we found much better. The wild mushrooms were a bit too vinegary for our taste, but the omelet with caviar was outstanding. The sea bass preparation was a memorable experience, thanks to the staff who expertly prepared it tableside—a real show. However, the service was a bit disappointing; they didn’t bother to clean the bread crumbs before placing new dishes, which fell short of the high standards we were expecting.

Just not worth the price. The Caesar salad was the quality of a bag salad, and the salmon and branzino were good but way over priced for the quality and taste. Restaurant was beautiful overall aesthetically. Our server lacked a personality and said the minimal amount of words possible to affect the serving of us. Really wished it was better all around for $250USD.
