Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in our signature Potato Chip Omelette, Black Truffle Fettuccine, 14oz Entrecôte Au Poivre, as well as our 48 oz Mishima Reserve Wagyu Tomahawk.

A great space, and lots of fun. But we felt rushed. Our drink order didn’t even arrive before we were asked what food we wanted to order. So we asked the server to wait until we had a few sips and conversation. Once we ordered the food, the appetizers came swiftly, and the entrées arrived before we even finished the apps. We were literally moving our appetizer plates to the side to make room for the entrée. Not acceptable when you’re in a restaurant of this caliber. And we made it clear at the beginning that we wanted to enjoy the evening at our own pace, since we were celebrating my birthday. In all honesty, I don’t think the server had control over what the kitchen was doing, because we could see he wasn’t happy with them, bringing out our plates that quickly, either. Overall, though, a good experience. But will we be back? Probably not.

Cathedral exceeded my expectations. The service was some of the best I've ever had. Our waiter made sure we were taken care of and went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent dining experience. This restaurant itself is beautiful and unique, the food is delicious and creative but what really takes it over the top is the attention of all the waitstaff. Highly recommend this restaurant! Can't wait to be back.

Location, ambiance, and service are all lovely. Food and drinks were okay, nothing special. Lobster bisque was incredibly salty, French onion soup was great. I had lamb chops which were quite flavorless, the lobster rigatoni was a 7/10, al dente. Was expecting more!

I had an excellent experience overall. The service was second to none and delicious food. grateful for my son bringing me here to celebrate my birthday. it was a very special day!!!🎂🥳❤️

Food was mediocre, fillet minion was very disappointing for a high price. worse I ever have trued anywhere. drinks and appetizers were great.

Everything was delicious. We got cocktails, wine, oysters, two filets and fries and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful especially in the main dining area. You won't be disappointed.
