Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in Ribeye Steak au Poivre, Chickpea Socca Pancake and Bouillabaisse 'Tetou' for the table, as well as Baked Red Snapper Provençal and Rotisserie Chicken Chasseur.

Join us at the bar for Oysters & Champagne Happy Hour featuring $2 oysters, $4 bites, $8 champagne, and $12 martinis. Available Sunday – Friday from 5PM-8PM. Walk-ins welcome.

Surprisingly bad service with the worst tomahawk i have ever had. Served cold and had no flavor. Drinks were tasteless and felt like drinking cheap juices. I wouldn’t go again..

It my my wife's birthday and Cathédral made everything perfect. The service was amazing as well as the food, the ambiance is great as well.

Excellent food, amazing service and overall experience A+. The only disappointment - we were looking forward to order Japanese wagyu steak, but on a Saturday night (6:45 PM reservation) they already ran out of it. Otherwise - perfect dinner.

Amazing experience and exceptional service from Michael & the sommilier! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was beautiful. Both the food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal. The bread here is to die for. We had the lobster rigatoni and chicken and the soufle for dessert. What truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Michael. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire meal. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was great. The sommilier was also wonderful. He recommended the perfect bottle of wine that complemented our meals and took into consideration our preferences. A super positive experience all around - highly recommend visiting.

I think the discounts at the Bar before 6:30 are the best deal. I think it is overpriced but fun and great decoration and vibe.

I am from New Orleans. We pride ourselves on our cuisine and service. Cathedrale has it all and more. Jesse is the best waiter I’ve ever seen. Professional, he made us feel like he was celebrating our family event with us. He is a real asset. Andrew, our sommelier, is very knowledgeable. I could not stop looking at the ceiling in the big room. It is amazing. Don’t miss this restaurant.

The halibut was excellent and my husbands lobster pasta was delicious. The octopus appetizer also was great. Service got a little spotty through the meal. But overall we would definitely go back.
