Our meal was delicious and innovative. The student servers and chefs did an excellent job! It was a delightful dining experience. Be sure to make a reservation!

A lovely lunch with a much-improved menu for an Italian ristorante. Service was excellent and wait staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s my favorite go-to place to dine.

There was something amiss at one of our favorite dining spots last night. The special, Turbot, was wrapped too tightly and was slightly dry, and the Budano lacked it normal custard quality. Sarah tried to save the evening with excellent service, but the five stars failed to materialize and we will have to wait for our next visit to ascertain if Caterina will bounce back.

We always have a lovely time at the CIA. But last night’s dinner had a rare disappointment. The special of the day was scallops with sides. It cost $32. When it came out there were three scallops and bland pea purée and a few asparagus. The serving size was more appropriate for an appetizer. My trout was perfect but I shared it with our hungry guest. It’s unusual to have such a let down at the CIA. But this was truly a greatly overpriced entree.

Finally made long planned lunch visit to one of the CIA’s restaurants. Burrata and pesto appetizers were very good as were mains, also nice cocktails and wine by the glass selections. Will gladly go back to try dinner or do lunch at one of the other two main restaurants.
