We went with several friends and family for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience. We had been to Catrina for dinner several years ago and were in the American Bounty for lunch fairly recently, and we always count on excellent food and exemplary service. Our servers were fairly new to front of house, but they did a great job! The menu had something for everyone and The server did a great job at clarifying any questions, and offering suggestions when asked. It’s definitely a place you should experience at least once! Afterwards, do not forget to take a stroll around Anton Plaza before you head home!

Keeping with the point that this is an institute that are training our next Chefs; they aren't fully finished in their training. I was VERY happy with everything from the host, our waiter, his assistant as well as the food and ambiance. I look forward to another opportunity to visit.

It’s fun to interact with the staff because they’re all students. The food is terrific and the campus adds a nice walk around.
