    Food was perfect. Service was minimal. The security outside of the restaurant was nicer and had more personality than the actual restaurant staff. This was a milestone anniversary for us and we had come from a show… i know our reservation was for 9:30pm so maybe it was the hour? But there was no acknowledgment of the fact that i selected “anniversary” in our reservation. Nothing special was done to mark the occasion- not even a candle in the dessert we ordered. 10 mins into our dinner our server came around and told all the diners that it’s “last call for hot food” in case we wanted to order anything else. That seemed interesting considering the restaurant was still popping. Oh well. The food and ambiance were great and the bathrooms have Aesop which is always a nice touch. I just can’t deal with upscale restaurants that don’t go the extra mile for their diners especially when it’s a special occasion.

    Food was good enough, wait staff were not particularly well-trained in customer service. I don’t think the tasting menu particularly represents good value

    Always great service and amazing food. From the moment you walk in the staff is attentive and makes sure you have the best dining experience possible. Every food item and drink ordered was delicious and prepared perfectly.

    The service was terrible, our waitress was rude, they served a shrimp cocktail not properly clean and when I told her he told me that was good and she said it’s good and not offer any other options. Then she disappeared and when we request to pay with separate checks she puts a disappointing face. For that restaurant and their prices the service was awful

    I haven’t had a bad time or meal in all the times I’ve gone to Catch Steak. Great ambience, courteous staff, awesome food and dope vibes.

    Our server never came back after taking our order to check how the food was. While I booked I highlighted that it was a birthday dinner and it was only acknowledged while I was signing for the tip. Our steak was overcooked but of course we couldn’t let the server know this because he never came to check on us
