Better places in Aspen at lower price. I don’t mind paying for quality, but overpriced for the quality.

Prior to last night I have only dined on the patio. Just walking through the dining room to the patio, I know it is too loud for me. I requested the patio, but for some reason there was no table and we would have to wait. We took a table in the dining room and as I expected it is really loud. Lot’s of large noisy table. It’s definitely a scene if that is your thing. Food was good, but very expensive. Dover Sole was $160 and best value is the Caesar salad which is $25 but enough for 4 ppl. We had 4 drinks, pretzel bread, 1 caesar salad and 2 dover sole (each couple shared one) $280 per couple including tip. Pretty steep for a shared dinner.

Everything was delicious!! Oysters, King Crab Roll, Tuna Tartare, Truffle Butter Filet YUMMY, mashed potatoes and broccolini… all so so good!! Sat on the patio around 6pm, got busy after we left around 7:30pm. Service was on point!

Starting off making reservations was quick and easy. The first impression of the restaurant after coming upstairs was "WOW, beautiful". They were training people for the upcoming Dallas location so lots of staff around. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was impressive with A5 wagu and dry aged beef but several other choices for dinner including salmon and chicken. The wine list was extensive and a bit over the top. The som was available and helpful. Let's talk dinner. They had a different spin on the wedge and it was delicious. The ginger in the dressing was refreshing. My salmon was almost to beautiful to eat and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the cowgirl ribeye and was very pleased. It was just a little undercooked for him but he said it was delicious anyway. Our only complaint was we were offered bread and then found that wasn't complimentary on the bill. All in all an amazing experience.

It was off the charts as usual! I think we ordered everything off the menu and the entire group said it was a 10 out of 10!! Well done staff and GM!!

I recently dined at Catch and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I ordered a steak, expecting a perfectly cooked meal for the price I was paying. However, when my steak arrived, it was completely raw inside. Not just undercooked—raw. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was shocked by their response. Rather than offering to correct the mistake, they insisted that if I wanted a properly cooked steak, I would have to pay for a new one. This was an $80 steak, mind you! I’ve never encountered a restaurant that refused to fix such a glaring issue without charging the customer again. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction was extremely disappointing. For a place with such high prices, I expected better quality and service. I won't be returning and can't recommend Catch to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are many other restaurants where both the food and the customer service are valued, and this is certainly not one of them.

Loud, bad service and high prices. The bone in ribeye I ordered was about 1/2 inch. Expected more for $75.
