Excellent from start to end. Impeccable and discreet service. Delicious food. Overall ambience having come back again. Looks like AI review but it’s not. Restaurant is really good for its food and staff. Total compliance to my picky food preferences.

This was not my first visit and on this visit the food was excellent as always, but service was lacking after I ordered my appetizer. A large group arrived and the restaurant became exceptionally busy and I got handed off to new waitstaff. I know the service here is typically amazing as I have eaten here several times, including earlier in the day at lunchtime. This was just a case of bad timing on my last night in Abu Dhabi.

Amazing food and ambience. Lentil and Feta Salad - 8/10 Beef Tacos - 8.5/10 Calamari - 10/10 Wagyu ribeye kimchi - 8/10 Catchamisu - 8/10 All sushi rolls were so delicious! + one of the best located restaurants in Abu Dhabi.

This was an excellent return visit to Catch. On this visit I was served by a waiter familiar with my previous visit and he remembered the items I had previously enjoyed and recommended some new items that I had not noticed on the menu before. They were all excellent suggestions based on my preferences and I was surprised at the attention to detail. He got me to try the spicy salmon sushi roll, and the sea bass en papillote, and even a special dessert called Pearl of Catch I think. Ibrahim understood my tastes and made excellent suggestions, serving the sea bass with an elegant flourish. He also suggested a couple of new mocktails to me and he had one called Purple Rain prepared a little less sweet for me. He gave the right amount of attention to make sure I was not ignored, but he did not make me feel rushed. His professional manner and service made the evening an elegant experience for me. He and Mohammed from a previous visit are top notch waiters with friendly and welcoming personalities.

The restaurant was as good as if not better than our first experience earlier this year - great place to go enjoy the environment and the excellent food and service.

The food choices and execution are always excellent as was the taste. The sushi is just so good. One of my favorite dishes was the crab salad. My biggest criticism was the saxophone and DJ. What happened to the very good live singer and saxophone player ? I can listen to a DJ and Saxophone anywhere, having live singing performances made it very classy. It suited the restaurant much better.
