We really enjoyed Catch 31 during restaurant week. The food was very good and plentiful. We were there for lunch and it wasn't very busy. Our server was very pleasant but not too attentive. I would have understood if it was busy, but there were many tales empty. It wasn't that big of a deal. We all have off days. We will defiantly go back and would recommend to others.

Great start to VB Restaurant Week! Appetizers were generous and the crab sandwich and fish tacos were delicious.

Harry is always an excellent server. The food and drinks are great. The chicken curry soup is the best soup I ever had.

Spinach and artichoke dip came out cold. Entree came out cold as well. Server was very friendly, but the food just wasn’t up to par. This was my 2nd time at Catch 31, and I came again bc my first time was wonderful. Not sure what happened this time, but we just weren’t happy with the food.

The food and service was absolutely amazing. We greatly enjoyed our meal and the new years party.

It was a disappointing experience . We booked the table to celebrate out anniversary Service was great although the food was cold and over cooked It will not happen again the sad part is that happened in Hilton restaurant

Food was just okay. The pork loin was overcooked and tough to cut- hard to cut with the flimsy butter knife that is provided. Whole snapper was delicious. The vegetables on all 4 entrees were undercooked and basically inedible. Bummer because we love broccolini and roasted carrots. Service was great. Our server Craig (I think) was attentive and very kind.

I made reservations for Christmas evening about six weeks ago. I was disappointed that we were seated in a back room with no ambiance. The most disappointing part of the evening was the service failure. It took two hours to order and pay for dinner. Our waiter was not that communicative and he was gone for long periods. There were a few mishaps that I had to bring to the attention of a manager This seemed to annoy our server and he was rude to me. Although the food was good, it could have been warmer. It may have been due to sitting for some time before it had been served. I hope the restaurant takes my comments constructively, and can prevent situations such as this from happening again. I can understand the restaurant being short-staffed or backed up in the kitchen, but I will not tolerate rudeness. I would be hard-pressed to return to this restaurant.
