Inspirés par un voyage en Italie fait en 2008, les chefs Ryan et Arturo sont heureux de vous présenter le Catania, nouveau membre de la famille Whisknladle Hospitality. Le restaurant sert une cuisine simple, saisonnière et authentique provenant de la côte italienne (très loin des adaptations italiennes de la cuisine tex-mex que vous trouvez dans la plupart des autres endroits). The food is good, but the menu is limited. I have ordered the same dish for each of the four times we have been there. Nine dollars for a 10 ounce draft beer is too much IMO. Bottom line: we will not be returning for a while.

Another great lunch at Catania. We had the tuna crudo, grilled octopus, bucatini all'amatriciana, and the halibut. Each was perfectly cooked and very enjoyable. A bottle of Venica Pinot Grigio '22 was a great accompaniment. We can't wait to go back!

The appetizers, crispy octopus and tuna were delicious. We ordered foccacia bread, whxih was amazing to dip in the tuna olive oil and sauce from the crispy octopus. Our server was non attentive and didn't check on during out meal at all. She took our order and the didn't come back until we finished. We brought our own bottle of wine and she didn't even pour it for us and left the bottle in the hot sun. She has no personality and acted as if she didn't want to be there.

The hostess never sat us. Unbelievable service. We were early for our reservation and she told us we couldn’t even go to the bar for a drink because there is no stand service. She told us she would text when there was a table available but we never received a text. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe that she is the person to first represent this establishment. I am also in the restaurant business and would be appalled at the level of service we received. She was the older red headed hostess.

The food was OK. Salads were great. Pasta was undercooked. Service was good. Restroom is awkward as there is none in the restaurant so you have to walk outside into the building public restroom which is kind of odd.

Good morning Cindy. Thank you for dining with us. We're sorry to hear your pasta was more than al dente. Did you let your server know? It might be counterintuitive but we love it when our guests "complain." By letting us know something is not quite right, you're giving us the opportunity to fix it. Any restaurant worth supporting will do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy and be nothing but grateful for the communication. I wish we could get everything right all of the time but that's just no realistic so we're reliant on feedback to hold ourselves accountable. What pasta was it? Had a great experience and Catania. The food was amazing and supported with great service. The restaurant had nice aesthetic with open air motif. Fresh made pasta noodles, grilled halibut, and a Tuna crudo dish like no other. Would definitely come back here
