The service is absolutely impeccable. Everyone was very attentive. We never had an empty glass or wanted for anything. The food was good but not mind blowing. The drinks were amazing. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I dined here and celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted promptly and quickly sat for our reservation. We were congratulated on our anniversary by the hostesses up front as well as our server, Kelsey. We were offered complimentary champagne to toast our celebration as well. We ordered the Mediterranean salad and mushroom appetizers — both were great. The entrees we ordered were phenomenal. The sea bass and the special of the day the seared scallop risotto, both tasted fresh and flavorful. Since it was Saturday, we got to enjoy the fire dancer that was present. It was a wonderful dining experience and we would definitely dine here again.

The vibe here was unmatched! We will definitely be back. The steak was so tender and the lamb chops were so flavorful! Highly recommend!

This was our third visit to Cataluna. Every visit our experience exceeds the previous. Jacksonville was desperate for an establishment like this. It is an upscale supper club. From the moment you walk in the staff is professional, courteous and pleasant. Both the staff and guests are dressed to impress, It is such a pleasant surprise to have an upscale experience in Jacksonville. Typically you would need to go to Miami, NYC or LA to enjoy this level of an experience. The decor is spot on, the food is very good, the drinks are outstanding. They have entertainment every night. Fire dancers perform during dinner. Around 10:30 the DJ Starts (Fri/Sat. other nights have different entertainment.) The mix of music is outstanding. Everything was totally enjoyable. It is truly a pleasure to go somewhere to have dinner and be able to stay the whole evening and be entertained. Bravo to Parker and Lazer! Thank you for setting the standard for eating, drinking, dancing and entertainment in Jacksonville. They hit a homerun with Cataluna!

Exciting new restaurant in JAX. Dress up people! The food was wonderful. Get a table in the main floor to enjoy close up the belly dancing fire eater! Yeah , that's what I said!!

Uneven experience - first of all the venue was beautiful inside although being located in the back end of a strip mall initially gave us pause. The actual restaurant is high-energy, nicely decorated, and clearly designed to host that special night or occasion. We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college and her birthday, and while they made a point of asking whether we were there to celebrate any occasions, they did nothing with that information and did not go out of their way in any manner to make the night special. We saw a number of similar celebrations taking place at other tables yet we had none. The food itself was also uneven - we ordered two plates of the lobster-scallop appetizer special and they were not only very small (3 per plate and bite sized) but also not particularly interesting - certainly not worth the $36 that the two orders cost. The entrees, however, were much better: the lamb chops were perfectly cooked and the pasta dish with shrimp and lobster was outstanding. The Branzino was less impressive, being slightly dry and overcooked and lacking a sauce that would have saved it. We also ordered specialty cocktails and everyone at the table enjoyed these as well. We were hopeful to enjoy a celebration, but all we really had was a meal that was at times very good and other times disappointing. We never felt that we were made to feel particularly welcome, and while the service was prompt and attentive, it was not to the standards befitting a price point of that type of restaurant.

My experience has always been great! The food wasn’t so great in previous visits but this time everything was great!! Beautiful place with a good atmosphere.
