The food was very good and it had a wide variety of spirits and wine. The service was just ok. I feel as if they need to educate the staff a bit more on the menu items, Catalina and Pom Pom are fairly new and we ate at both while visiting the Island.

Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous ambiance. The food however was a disappointment. There is a disconnect between the menu items/descriptions and what you get. For example I ordered Ceviche to be told it’s vegetarian and would I like to add a protein? It came as an arugula salad with a bunch of chopped veggies and some grilled shrimp. The romaine salad was charred which gave it a burnt flavour with wilted leaves. Had olives and artichokes? The miso glazed cod didn’t taste like miso and had some other sauce base. And the Caribbean lobster came raw in the middle. The cheesecake advertised a graham cracker crust but that too was lacking with a day old whipped cream blob. For the price, it was quite a disappointment. Good thing the rooftop bar at the hotel made up for our dining experience. Pom Pom was great drinks and ambiance!

We had a wonderful dinner at Catalina. For starters, we tried the Parker House Rolls and the Above Sea Level "Ceviche". The rolls were so delicious and the Above Sea Level was an all vegetarian dish that resembled what you would see with a normal ceviche dish - I though it was light and refreshing....very good! My wife ordered the cod and it must have been great because I never got to try that, but my steak was seasoned wonderfully. The Yukon Gold Mash side dish was a little heavy on salt for my taste, but the asparagus side was great. Service was attentive an friendly. The dining room is beautiful. Highly reccomend!

The food and service was outstanding. This is a great credit to a young team at The Hotel Indigo that have not seen a full year since opening. Well worth a visit, lovely atmosphere.

Brunch Was Excellent - could offer a little more variety in Seafood ( Sushi, Oysters , Jonah Crab and Shrimp) and More options in Breakfast food (Ackee and Saltfish was EXCELLENT but no traditional food to eat it with) Ambiance, Dessert and Drinks were top Tier Would definitely go again for a Special Occasion

Our server , Laura from Barcelona, was great. She explained the cocktail and dinner menu in detail and was right on with her recommendations. The Parker rolls are delightful. The filet mignon cooked to perfection and the gnocchi light and tender. This restaurant is inside the Hotel Indigo. You can park in the underground garage.

This restaurant in the Indigo hotel was excellent the risotto was tasty and presented beautifully. The squash brûlée was an unexpected surprise. The cheesecake was also delicious
