Food was delicious and service was excellent. Loved the Korean BBQ ribs, tuna ceviche, local snapper & strawberry cheese. Ambience was relaxing and perfect for lunch.

The food was very good. The menu had a good range, and the prices were reasonable for a high-end restaurant. I appreciated the many options, including healthy options on the kids menu. The decor is gorgeous and definitely worth a look. A great addition to the Cayman dining scene.

We recently dined at Catalina and overall had a good experience. The appetizers were quite substantial, leaving both my wife and me quite full before the main course even arrived. The food was good, though not exceptional. However, the service was excellent, contributing positively to our visit.

Catalina is a beautiful new restaurant addition in Cayman. We had a wonderful dinner and excellent service by a very attentive staff. The menu was diverse enough that there is something for everyone. We recommend the adobo meatballs, the filet mignon, the short rib and the coconut semi-freddo with guava meringue. (The tiny bits of mango in a gel around the dessert weren't the best complement in my opinion. The fruit wasn't quite ripe enough but maybe another tropical fruit like pineapple could pair better.) All in all, it was a delicious experience and we will be back to try other dishes!

Absolutely Brilliant experience! Kharla was so attentive and lovely and the entire team did a brilliant job giving us an absolutely perfect evening. At no point did our water glasses empty, did our questions go unanswered or our needs go unmet. The portions were filling- especially for the price. The value was phenomenal and the options? So accommodating. They have an entirely different vegetarian menu and were so kind to make changes to make then vegan for me. It was so fresh and tasty and the perfect thing for my tummy after finishing a fast. I also ordered a dessert which was delicious and it was so good the entire table had the steal some! They really made our night special from beginning to end. From the vallet staff, happy to escort me up to the restaurant, to the friendly and warm hostesses and of course our super star Kharla. I have great great hope for hotel indigo! The service was superb and the attention to detail? Spot on. My brother raved about their scallop ceviche, and they brought him a dessert and card to congratulate him on his job transfer. Just so good. I find myself struggling to find the words. I hope the staff know we appreciate every minute- even as we were the last to leave, and they remained kind and accommodating to the end. Excellent job to all! Do yourself a favor and go to Catalina Pronto! Don't miss out on the excellent experience. We will definitely be back again, and hopefully plan a stay cation to enjoy the rest of the hotel. Simply fantastic.

On a recent stay at The Kimpton -Grand Cayman- we dined at Catalina twice. We really enjoyed the food and the service. Excellent!! Located in the new Hotel Indigo it was a short walk from The Kimpton. We will dine at Catalina on future Grand Cayman trips.
