By Train Southeastern runs frequent train services to and from Bearsted Station. Taxis are also occasionally available. However, if you are bringing a bicycle on the train, or fancy a three mile walk, you may prefer to use Hollingbourne Station which is closer.

Wonderful evening. The best view of the castle as the sun was going down. Great food and very good service. Spotless restaurant, lovely atmosphere. One of our favourite restaurants.

Really lovely view with some great food. Would recommend or go again if I was staying overnight at Leeds castle. Slightly limited menu but we found something on there that we liked.

Food good but quite pricey and very restricted menu, especially for one vegan in our party (not one item on the menu was indicated as vegan friendly). The experience could be improved by a comfy bar area with soft seating, so can enjoy a relaxed pre or post dinner drink or coffee. Range of drinks at bar could be extended.

We had a table on the terrace with fantastic views of the Castle . The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff and our food arrived promptly The food was very good and we were not rushed after our meal to leave which meant we spent some time savouring the wonderful evening and views

Ask for a window seat, as you get a wonderful view of Leeds Castle. Staff charming and attentive. Food good but not huge portions

Not much of a variety for veg/vegan. I checked the menu on the website and it was completely different on the day, (website needs to changed regularly). It was quite empty so I guess the atmosphere was dry! Having said that I came for my birthday a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed it. The standard and quality of food has deteriorated. Would I go again, probably for the beautiful view, but if I was to eat again the food choices and quality would need to be improved massively.
