Cassis Bistro is a cozy gem offering award-wining elevated French cuisine and inventive cocktails. Founded by Gilles Brassart and his wife Andrea, our bistro brings the authentic flavours of Provence to Calgary. The menu, curated by Executive Chef/Partner Dominique Moussu, features dishes like house-made ravioli, steak frites, wild salmon, and duck confit, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients.

Remains our favorite French bistro in town. Steak frites seems so popular and I get it but I feel that people in Calgary are perhaps missing out on the seafood here which is always spectacular. Lovely place.

Always an incredible experience. Easily Calgary's most underrated restaurant. Had the beef tartar, duck confit rillette, and the muscles - all were excellent, as was the wine. The vibe of the patio is warm and elegant. Great date spot.

I absolutely love this restaurant. It’s so quaint yet beautiful. The wait staff are always excellent! I only wish they had more than one vegetarian option.

Exceptional meal from start to finish. Ravioli starter, lovely side salad, frites with steak, & moules frites all excellent. Topped off with the best crème brûlée in town.

It’s the best high end restaurant in Calgary. We sat in the front room to accommodate one of our party bc it’s quieter: 4-star ambiance, very low noise. Back room is 5-star ambiance and bustling.

It is wonderful how all the servers help one another at all tables for an experience that keeps all tables wonderfully serviced. The food is outstanding; great job to the kitchen. Drinks were delicious. It sure does not disappoint; great job!
