Cassis Bistro is a cozy gem offering award-wining elevated French cuisine and inventive cocktails. Founded by Gilles Brassart and his wife Andrea, our bistro brings the authentic flavours of Provence to Calgary. The menu, curated by Executive Chef/Partner Dominique Moussu, features dishes like house-made ravioli, steak frites, wild salmon, and duck confit, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients.

The menu at Cassis Bistro changes often, as the chefs use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Seasonal options are available for a limited time, so be sure to visit often for a variety of flavours and tastes that you can't find anywhere else.

Service impeccable et cuisine exceptionnelle: il n’y a pas de meilleur choix pour dîner dehors ! Une mention spéciale pour notre serveur Martin. C’était tout simplement parfait !

Cassis is a classic French bistro. I had the mussels And my partner the pickerel special. Both were Excellent. Service was superb. Can’t think of How I would improve the experience.

I dined at this restaurant, upon recommendation from a co-worker, for a customer meeting. It was the perfect venue for this engagement. The atmosphere wasn't too quiet, so we were able to have some laughs and also converse without others listening in. The food was exquisite, and the service was amazing. My colleague also recommended the Foie Gras, the Steak Frites and Creme Brulee and they did not disappoint. The house wine was also a very nice addition to my meal. My business guests and supervisor also raved about their meals. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Cassis! Their food is amazing but what really stands out is their service! Every single staff member clearly loves good food and good wine and is keen to share what they know. They are friendly and welcoming. I truly feels like you’re dining with family!

We have been eating here for years. A great place for date night. Service and food are always excellent. It's a bit noisy at times and always packed but it's all worth it!

We had a fabulous meal from start to finish! The waitstaff were terrific & the food was outstanding. Some of the best French bistro items we’ve ever had. The prices are reasonable given the quality & portions & we loved the warm atmosphere. We made another reservation to come back before the evening was through.
