Cassis Bistro is a cozy gem offering award-wining elevated French cuisine and inventive cocktails. Founded by Gilles Brassart and his wife Andrea, our bistro brings the authentic flavours of Provence to Calgary. The menu, curated by Executive Chef/Partner Dominique Moussu, features dishes like house-made ravioli, steak frites, wild salmon, and duck confit, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients.

The menu at Cassis Bistro changes often, as the chefs use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Seasonal options are available for a limited time, so be sure to visit often for a variety of flavours and tastes that you can't find anywhere else.

The atmosphere, service and ambiance is one of the best in Calgary. The food was outstanding, I highly recommend for your next dinner out!

Food was great, I have absolutely no negative to say about it. The Negroni is a must have, sangria was super, the baguette is the best in Calgary and the dry aged prime rib was amazing. Our server made us feel welcome, took a moment to talk with us and then guided us on our choices as well as wine pairing. Dessert was amazing as well: chocolate cream for one and creme brûlée for the other. We had an amazing birthday supper. The place is popular so the noise level goes accordingly but we were able to enjoy our conversation anyway so it wasn't drown into loud music. We will definitely be going back.

Our experience with Cassis Bistro has always been amazing. We are slowly working through menu and there is not a single item so far that hasn't been absolutely delicious. Our server, Paul, is outstanding and meticulous with care but not overly attentive. Just perfect. I would highly recommend Cassis Bistro!

From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of the restaurant. We were seated immediately, our server was very attentive, and the meal was outstanding.
