Cassariano – the perfect expression of passion and culinary art in the form of “Contemporary Italian Cuisine”.

The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Cassariano is the perfect blend of Bistro flavors and fine cuisine. We look forward to exceeding your expectations!

Great food and service. Attentive but not intrusive service. A great place to celebrate with family and friends.

Italian Fast Food. Seafood Scoglio with Salmon...Salmon doesn't go well with Red Sauce. Shell Fish...a handful of frozen bay scallops, rock shrimp, calamari. Chicken Milanese...thick cutlets looked like the prebreaded prepared. Not pounded thin...soggy breading. Should be fresh and crisp...dry topping, no drizzle of olive oil. Pappardelle Bolognese dry. Our party was very under whelmed with the food. Wine list a rip off. Least expensive Red $49 with most between $59 and $100. $16 a glass for $9 wine. Sorry, but we won't be back.

The food here is always amazing. However, tonight on Christmas Eve they were having serious issues with their ordering system. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our cocktails. But the food was wonderful. Will always definitely keep going back.

Always and enjoyable evening. From the knowledgeable sommelier to the waiters, we are provided superior service while dining. The food is delicious, well-prepared and consistent. Added bonus on certain nights of the week they have a lovely singer. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious. Server was a little absent when we needed help but others picked up the slack.

We thoroughly enjoyed dining on the salmon and sea bass entries with wine from a small Italian family-owned winery recommended to us by our server. We definitely recommend Cassariano and will return.

Everything is delicious here. I had the scallops and my husband had the pork tenderloin and they were so good. Service is so wonderful. Love this restaurant!

First time here. Great food. Good service. It is an Italian restaurant but it isn’t the “same average Italain food” they have interesting and unique dishes. The salad is small. It is a small appetizer. The ravioli dishes come with 5 big raviolis. Generous gnocchi dish. The duck over risotto was a very good size. Cocktail was made nicely. It took while to order. Drink order. Brought the wine. Waitress made the cocktails and delivered them. Then, brought the bread. Then, went away and came back and told us the specials. Then, came back to take out orders. But this is my only compliant, and would not deter me from returning. Did not have dessert. The restaurant is not quiet. It on the louder side. I think it is the layout. Still a great meal and you can hear people at your table.
