The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Cassariano is the perfect blend of Bistro flavors and fine cuisine. We look forward to exceeding your expectations!

Our server Isabella was so lovely and very gracious to give us a Limoncella after our dinner. We will be back and ask for Isabella.

My wife and I enjoyed another spectacular evening Dinner reservation at Cassariano. Our server was Andrew, who was spectacular. Professional, polite, informative, and really picked up on our desire to have a relaxing enjoyable evening. His expertise was truly appreciated. He knows the menu and the wine list with ease. We have never had an unpleasant dining experience at Cassariano. One of our favorites at Lakewood Ranch. Thank you again to Andrew for making our Tuesday evening, a memorable one.

We had a wonderful meal with friends and neighbors. The owner stopped by to see how everything was going. Our server was amazing and the food was delicious and ample quantities.

Everyone is friendly and always deliver delicious meals! The wine selection is awesome. All the staff is very friendly and attentive.

We had a group of 10 having dinner. Everything was outstanding from the moment that we arrived and escorted to our table. The waiter was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food presentation was excellent. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. There were a variety of dishes such as ravioli, spagetti, veal, pork tenderloin, chicken milanese and seafood mix. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Everyone left happy!

Unfortunately, the restaurant was hosting two large parties at the same time and it was packed. My veal ravioli was undercooked and tepid. I didn't send it back because it took so long to arrive. In the past, this dish has been outstanding, but clearly the kitchen was under significant stress....as was the waitstaff. Service was slow; friendly, but slow.

Great evening! Andrew was great! Attentive without being obtrusive. Wine was delicious. Charcuterie board was so good. Lasagna and rack of lamb were perfect.
