Cassariano – the perfect expression of passion and culinary art in the form of “Contemporary Italian Cuisine”.

The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Cassariano is the perfect blend of Bistro flavors and fine cuisine. We look forward to exceeding your expectations!

no server approached us after waiting 15 minutes then hostess was asking servers near us if the could “pick up” an extra table and they both said no..it went from bad to worse restaurant was overwhelmed and understaffed

Dinner was delicious, beautiful presentation of your meal and a good portion of food. Anabella who visited the tables was so nice, friendly and caring of your experience at the restaurant! Yia our server was the best! She was knowledgeable, friendly and has such a beautiful smile,! The hostess greeted us immediately and was just as friendly and welcoming.. Thank you all for making our evening one to remember! Definitely recommend this restaurant if you want great food, service and extremely friendly employees!!

As usual, our experience was amazing love having Crystal as our waitress, she's so thorough and great. Cindy is our greeter and the hostess at the front is so charming. We will definitely be back as usual, love coming to Cassariano's.

ALWAYS greeted warmly by pleasant and attentive hostesses. We enjoyed a fantastic signature cocktail at the bar, then proceeded to our table and enjoyed an outstanding appetizer (octopus carpaccio) and two amazing pasta entrees. Natalie, our server, was prompt and professional. Thank you all for making our date night so memorable.

We had a great evening! We started out with the beet salad, burrata and prosciutto and orancini for appetizers. For dinner we had one of our regular go to dishes - chicken Milanese and also tried the spaghetti carbonara and eggplant parm. Everything was delicious and our server, Isabella couldn’t have been more attentive or pleasant. Can’t wait to come back!

Drinks,apps and service excellent Entrees very good We were able to chat comfortably Lighting and atmosphere perfect Restrooms clean Air conditioning perfect..not freezing
