Cassariano – the perfect expression of passion and culinary art in the form of “Contemporary Italian Cuisine”.

The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Cassariano is the perfect blend of Bistro flavors and fine cuisine. We look forward to exceeding your expectations!

The menu here is so vast and creative. My table was near the kitchen door so I saw all of the scrumptious beautiful dishes coming out of the kitchen. The walnut ravioli with gorgonzola/ pears is so good.. the sauce is light. Squid appetizer the best… so fresh… service was a little slow for a not crowded night but nice…always great food here

I always order the parpadelle with sausage ,consistently good. The fish special was enjoyed by everyone but the pasta and meatballs fell short. We ate outside so it was not noisy, our server Anthony was very good. It is a pretty consistent restaurant overall

What a wonderful experience for a Sunday night dinner. As always, the food, service and ambiance were wonderful. Then add in a wonderful signer, who sang soft and sweet, just so you could hear her but didn’t have to stop your conversation. See you next Sunday.

One of our favourite restaurants and always consistent. Eggplant Parmesan so yummy. Isabella was excellent.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The food is innovative and delicious. Wine list is extensive. The ambience is lovely. The wait staff is friendly and very good. I highly recommend it

Joel was an excellent server and all the food was delicious. The Cabernet Bonanno was enjoyable as well.

We made a reservation for a table but ended up sitting at the bar. Dario is a fantastic bartender and server. He makes great cocktails and is very friendly and attentive. Gaetano, the sommelier is a wonderful resource for a great bottle of wine. He’s very knowledgeable and caring. All of the food was wonderful! Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming! This is our favorite Italian restaurant!

Food was delicious…I had the salmon. Caesar salad also great. The waiter, excellent. We had the table for 6 located right by the front door which was not so nice because when the door opened, a gush of wind would come in and when people were leaving, they would congregate near the door and were very loud. A partition would help. Otherwise, all was lovely.
