Casi Cielo is a Oaxacan inspired restaurant with the main focus on traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern take on food. Look for tacos de cochinillos and its signature pulpo al carbón served with house-made salsa veracruzana. With the biggest Mezcal collection in Atlanta, the beverage menu is focus on all types of Mezcal-based cocktails and bold ingredients.     Perfect meal as always. We were celebrating with our son who turned 23 and Casi Cielo did not disappoint. Every morsel of food was perfect. From the Snapper to the skirt steak to the short ribs, and the drinks and appetizers everything was really perfect. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very personable and the food and drinks are always on point. We come here at least one to two times a month. We keep coming back because of the experience. Keep up the good work.

    We were celebrating a birthday, but didn’t get the usual celebratory service since we didn’t order dessert! Not sure if the server didn’t get my note in the reservation!

    I chose a 7:30 reservation because the 7:15 only showed high tops available and coming off a foot surgery, I need a standard table. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told that it would be another 20 minutes unless we wanted to sit at a high top. I expressed my disappointment and explained that I had intentionally booked the table that I had because I wanted to avoid a high top. They then tried to put us outside which we had no interest in being it was extremely warm. They ended up seating us at a high top but a few minutes later, miraculously a booth was available so we moved to the booth. It was our first time dining here and when I inquired about margarita sizes/portions, the server told me “this is not a Tex-Mex restaurant“. Wow, OK. I ordered the mahi-mahi tacos and my friend ordered enchiladas. Food was OK and aesthetically pleasing but overpriced for what it was and the overall service experience and attitude kind of took away from the experience.

    2nd visit in a row where service was not up to par. Our part was seated and it took almost 10 minutes before our server came to offer water. Food was tasty but cold. Had it not taken so long to come out and had I not been with my family, I would have sent it back. We were celebrating my son’s 17 birthday and over all was mostly disappointed

    Our server Giovanni was outstanding. He did a great job explaining the menu, went into full details with all our questions. Took amazing care of us and we all had a great time. Food and ambiance 5/5 as well. Can’t wait to go back.

    Excellent experience. Our first time. Food was amazing. My favorite part was the tasting (flight) of Mezcal. Our server Cynthia gave 5 star service!
