WELCOME TO CASABLANCA MOROCCAN KITCHENS
The Amazigh (Berber) cuisine is a traditional cuisine with a varied history and influence of numerous flavours from distinct regions across North Africa. The traditional cuisine draws influences from Morocco's Atlas mountains and heavily populated Berber cities and regions. Moroccan cuisine differs from one area to another within North Africa. For this reason, every dish has a distinct and unique identity according to the specific region it originates from in North Africa, with some dishes estimated to be more than a thousand years old. Zayanes of the region of Khénifra around the Middle Atlas have a cuisine of a remarkable simplicity. It is based primarily on corn, barley, ewe's milk, goat cheese, butter, honey, meat, and game. Popular authentic Moroccan preparations of Tunisian, Moroccan, Algerian, and Libyan cuisine include tajine, couscous, shakshouka, pastilla, msemen, merguez, asida, lablabi, harissa, makroudh, harira, sfenj, and ahriche.

Experience was amazing. Ambiance was beautiful and food was amazing. Staff was very friendly and explained each of the dishes. Expensive but worth the cost.

The server and the chef both made time to greet our table and make us feel wholeheartedly welcomed. The chef walked me through the whole menu and I just love how passionate he was about his food. The garden was beautiful and the food was delicious. Will be going back there!

Absolutely amazing experience! Fantastic food and hospitality! I really couldn't praise this restaurant enough. From the moment we entered the place, we were overwhelmed with the wonderful ambiance, the kindness of the staff and owners, the delicious food, the beautiful music and the great performance of the belly dancer... The owners literally treated us like family, were unbelievably warm and generous, and served us a kingly feast. Everything is completely authentic from start to finish in this restaurant. The food is to die for, came out hot and quickly in extremely copious portions. When the belly dancer arrived, the whole restaurant got up and started to dance and clap along; it was surreal and so much fun! We felt like we were attending a family wedding... One of the very best dining experiences of my life, no question. I would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly. What a hidden gem! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Can not say enough positive about our meal at Casablanca. Our group of 7 feasted on a tableful of vegetarian, seafood, fish, lamb and chicken dishes. Not a bad one in the lot. Standouts were the Zalook (eggplant appetizer) and fish (branzino) tagine. Absolutely amazing. Naima was outstanding helping us select dishes and providing first class service. We all left stuffed but would certainly look forward to another visit.

I have honestly found a gem! This restaurant hits all the marks. From the moment you walk in, you get greeted with enormous warmth as if you were family. There is a festive, warm, inviting yet intimate ambiance. The owner and family are actually on hand managing the business and serving the guests. We came to celebrate a birthday and felt so welcomed by all. The food was phenomenal. I have actually been to Morocco (Marrakesh, Casa Blanca, Tangier) and found this restaurant to be very authentic. To add to an incredible experience, they also had a dancer, but unlike other places the guests were encouraged to participate. It was so much fun. We felt as we were on vacation yet were only 2.5 miles from home. We had the Taste of Morocco Meat Lovers (tasting menu) and we loved every single thing we had. It came with 3 samples salads (beet, carrot and cucumber salads), a chicken Pastilla and we each chose the Honey lamb (which is the best lamb I ever had …so tasty and tender). Later we had the Moroccan cookies and cinnamon orange for dessert. We also had their very delicious Moroccan tea. Again, everything was very fresh and delicious. The service is totally five stars. They are attentive and pleasant. The owner who served us, checked on us ongoing and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone, was excellent.

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was the perfect dinner! The service was outstanding and we felt attended to throughout the entire evening, from our waiter to the chef stopping by and asking us how we enjoyed the food. The ambience is beautiful, it is dimly light and you are surrounded by roses and lots of plants. The food was incredibly delicious. We shared the meat sampler and added the eggplant on the side - everything was tasty but the eggplant was our favorite!

Sweet place. Yummy food. Family owned which we lived as owners took our orders and were helpful. Celebrated two birthdays and they comped us some snacks and cake. 💙
