We had an excellent meal! We had a little mishap with our reservation (got there WAY TOO early), but the restaurant was most accommodating. Since we were early, decided to have a drink and the bar. They have a nice selection of wines by the glass. I had Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir, which is not readily found in restaurants here. They have an extensive selection of wines; with dinner we had a Malbec Blend Alma Negra, also not readily available here. It complimented the meal very nicely. For appetizers we had Steak Tartare and the Octopus. The octopus was very interestingly prepared. Grilled, sliced thin and served with olive oil & sprinkling of paprika. For entrees we both had the Salmon with Leeks & Saffron Sauce. The salmon skin was crispy, and the sauce was an excellent combination with the Salmon. Dessert, we shared the cheese tart, it was so creamy and soft it melted in the mouth. Can wait for cooler weather to enjoy the terrace .

The food was amazing , same for the service. Location maybe a problem for some people that don’t live near the area but it’s worth the drive. New chef Mikele who was the original chef at Leku, and before that at Arzumendi ( 3 Michelin) in Bilbao is doing a fantastic job revamping the menu.

Service was very slow at the end and it was extremely hot. WE WON’t go again… we don’t want to risk to be sat outside again

Everything we tried was absolutely amazing! The service was also very friendly, accommodating, attentive, and excellent. I would highly recommend it and I look forward to returning.
