I recently celebrated New Year’s Eve at Casa Sensei in Fort Lauderdale, and it was truly a fantastic experience! Despite the large crowd, the staff did an incredible job accommodating everyone, ensuring that the atmosphere remained lively yet comfortable. The dinner menu was a highlight of the evening. I can't recommend the Mongolian beef enough—it was perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. The blue crab Rangoons were equally impressive, with just the right amount of creaminess and a crispy exterior that made them irresistible. Our waiter, Wern, was simply outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and really enhanced our dining experience with his recommendations and quick service. Overall, Casa Sensei made our New Year’s Eve memorable with delicious food and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

I'm a visitor from Northern Ireland and I found the sushi delicious . My son tried sushi for the first time here and loved it and he never eats anything adventurous! Staff were great! Will visit again next time I'm over.

Les plus Si votre table est sur la terrasse près de l’eau, comme nous avons eu la chance, c’est plus que 5 étoiles. Les plats copieux et très savoureux. je recommande. Les améliorations possibles Nous avons été très déçus des calmars frits. On pourrait s’en procurer chez Costco. Il faudrait revoir la recette si celle-ci est vraiment une recette maison. En ce 30 décembre 2024, selon moi, il manquait de personnel. Avoir comblé celui-ci, l’expérience aurait été facilement supérieur à nos attentes. Je recommande assurément ce restaurant.

Let me say to start that the food quality was exceptional and that the ambiance was nice allowing for the fact that it was the night before New Years Eve night and the premises was crowded. Our party of two was seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. Our server came by the table, introduced himself and was gone for at least 10 minutes or more. When he returned he had a knowledge of the menu and was personal. We ordered drinks as well as our food order with his assistance. While we were eating our shared appetizer the food for our entrees arrived. Even taking into account the volume of patrons that evening, this was Unacceptable. After finishing our main courses we waited to see what options there were for dessert. Our server was missing in action for about 15 minutes. When he finally appeared we asked for our check and left. In hindsight, we were disappointed in that the server said we would have plenty of time to finish our appetizers and also that he was a no-show for such long periods of time.

Expansive menu. We felt the flavors of the food to be okay. We were warned at the beginning that there was a 2 hour dining limit and that the food was made from scratch so to be patient with them. This all seemed fine but then the food started coming within literally a few minutes of us ordering. It felt pre-prepared and rushed. There is no way we would have even dined for an hour at the pace things went. It would have been ideal to have a bit more time to enjoy the dining experience. Service was good overall and we really liked dining outside near the water.

Probably one of the worst meals I have had. Ppl who worked there are very nice, so it’s not on them at all. We ordered three things (ribs, boa buns and seabass) and they all sucked. Ribs and pork belly were super dry and tough to eat. Also, it was super hot, seemed like the AC wasn’t working, so that was uncomfortable. Finally, out of there control, but we had the worst group of ppl around us that created an awful experience. Super loud and rude. Top 5 worst dining experience

Great atmosphere and great food. Sushi was excellent. Service a bit choppy since it was very busy. Recommend sitting on the dock.
