Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

Great food and service ,they really do it up nice , everyone working also seemed to love their job ,and having a good time being at work. Met the manager Mateo at the end too, nice touch making sure everything was perfect. saluti

I am from Sicily, the food was delicious and pretty authentic. Octopus was excellent and not overcooked. The linguini lobster was made with a traditional pomodoro sauce that you can tell cooked for a while. The restaurant invested millions into the build and decor. Being from New York I had to travel to Tampa to find a “Sicilian” restaurant. What a treat. Btw our waiter was ok but the assistant was excellent. Great service!

Hard to rate when we didn’t eat. We sat down, waitress took 10 mins to get water. Took our wine order and didn’t show up for 20 mins. So 30 mins went by and nothing. We decided to leave and she met us when. We were walking out. I said you guys are too busy and therefore we will leave. She shrugs her shoulders and says yeah we are too busy. Wow!!! We love the place however it was disappointing to sit for 30 mins and nothing was served. This person should not be in this job. We watched her chitchat and hug another customer for about 10 mins!!!

Last two waiters we had were excellent - Stefano and Andrew. Very attentive but not intrusive at all. Quality of food was excellent. They could turn down the AC a bit :)

Another great meal. We have been several times. It’s a place we like to come alone and bring friends. Overall everything has just been amazing.

We were greeted upon arrival and taken to our table. Our waiter was outstanding, giving us much information about the menu and giving us time to make decisions. The food was very good and we would definitely come back.

1st time. Food was great! Nice variety, and pretty good value. Service was average at best. Had to always ask for refills. Items we asked for, like milk for coffee had to be asked for 2-3x. We enjoyed it. 2 adults, 2 kids- $160 with tip. I expected better service.
