Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

Made Reservations for 7:45 wasn’t seated until 8:15. Then was told we have no room downstairs and had to eat upstairs. We all know eating downstairs is way better. Next time I have a business meeting I will not be taking them here. I hyped your place up and then was embarrassed.

First time there. Beautiful inside. Had the the honey hot pizza, veal chop, grouper with pesto and the lemon cake for dessert. All were excellent. Waitress was Alison and she was very attentive. Big parking lot right across the street. Only complaint was the air conditioning was turned up too high. We saw other patrons moving to different tables to getaway from the cold air. Despite that, we would plan on coming back with friends.

Service was great and the food was even better. I had the Caesar salad with zuppa (soup). The salad and soup were great. The soup was very hearty and very tasty. I had the Chicken Marsala and it was also very good. The wife had grouper and it was well cooked and tasty. We split a slice of lemon cake. The lemon cake was sinfully good. We will definitely come back.

As a lot of restaurants start off great and then start to level off as mediocre. This restaurant started off great and to me gets better every time I’m there.

Went for lunch - good food. Had a salad with chicken. Service was good. Wait staff was friendly. Large parking lot across the street was big for Ybor.

hi the lasagna had good flavor but needed more sauce. it was a little dry, may son couldn't eat the pizza because a fly fell on it. service was goos and we love the look of the restaurant and decor.
