Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

Service was phenomenal. Food was bland & disappointing (honestly the free bread was the tastiest item of the nite). The wine suggestion was on point. Unfortunately there was an extremely unaware individual at the table next to us basically screaming her conversation.

Drew was our waiter and he did an excellent job. He offered recommendations on drinks, appetizers and good entrees. Drew made our dinner and overall experience that much better. We will be going back to Casa Santo Stefano and will definitely request Drew to be our waiter again, each time that we visit in the future.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner for my boyfriend’s birthday! The food and service was fantastic! I highly recommend the gnocchi dish, one of the best Italian dishes I have had!

Went with a friend on a Thursday night. The place is beautiful. Ordered the burrata salad, with plans on ordering an entree but our server never returned. 45 mins later we ended up just ordering a dessert, told him we had been waiting to order our entree, he apologized, but didn’t even comp our dessert. Not sure what happened this night. The place has potential.
