Beautiful place and outstanding ambience! Daniel and Javier were beyond amazing, taking care of every detail and making our party feel special. Amazing space next to the river where you can see the best of Miami go by!

Had a reservation for 8:30pm and did not get seated until a bit past 9pm, had to inquire about my table about 3 times total. Once seated, they gave us complimentary glasses of champagne to make up for the wait. The rest of the night, service was great and food was excellent too. The music was a little loud. Overall good experience and would recommend - only negative was the long wait for the table.

Service was so bad don’t think I’ve ever experienced worse service at a place so over priced. The food was just okay. Nothing but hype for no reason. They need to do better if they want to survive. Very dissatisfied.

Restaurant is very nice - music is at the level of a club so having conversations is almost impossible. Views are of the river with boats going by. We had a table on the terrace which we wanted because it was a little less loud but still had nice music and vibe. My only complaint were the drinks literally took over 40 minutes to get our first round. Manager apologized but it happened with round two we waited 25 minutes. Another manager came Over comped our drinks and sent complimentary desserts. They tried to correct problem but it should not happen at a restaurant of this level. Food was good. Our server was great !!

Thank you so much for such an unforgettable experience at CASA NEOS! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Jonathan’s service was outstanding—he was attentive, friendly, and ensured that every detail was perfect. I also want to highlight the incredible work of the food runner. Each dish was delivered to the table with such care and precision. Additionally, the busser deserves special recognition as well. He was attentive throughout the entire meal, making sure our table was spotless and that we had fresh water and clean plates at all times. The level of attention from the whole team made the dining experience even more memorable. The food was a perfect 10/10, and I can’t wait to return soon!

Food and service was amazing. Our server Paola was attentive, super helpful with food and drink choices , and so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food and a very well-decorated space. Great vibes as you watch the yachts go by on the Miami river. Very chic. Dishes were on the smaller side but very beautiful and tasty. By 8:30pm it was very loud- hard to have a conversation. Definitely preps you for a night out though, if that’s your plan!

Terrible experience from start to finish. We went Sunday night 9/15 for 8:30 reservation. It was a group of 4 guests. They have a policy where everyone has to order miami spice menu or no one can. (Very silly rule because most other restaurants can and will accommodate.) that’s just the begining. My guest ordered a cocktail and it came with a Shard of class inside 1/2in long. Our servers and Busser’s were non-existent. We had to ask the manager what’s going on, she did apologize and took our order and she was the only person who checked on us during the night beside the people bringing our food. They brought me a dirty plate and overall just was not worth our time. We hired a driver for the the night and planned a cute date night for 2 couples to have a crappy sub par experience from a place charging and wanting to be like Mila. I love Mila and honestly you’re better off just going there. At the end the manager comped a few drinks as an apology but our time is much more than that and she kept the 20% gratuity on the check as we had minimal water during dinner and zero service. Bad bad bad Casa Neos please do better, your customers deserve better
