We were super excited to visit our first time... upon arrival, we waited about 20-30 mins before being seated when the manager came up to us saying "I'm gonna take care of you", as if doing us a favor or some VIP gesture. After a round of basic martinis at the bar that cost $150, they then shuttled us back downstairs and basically sat us all the way in the back, like in the kitchen - smoke and flames right behind us. It's a great looking restaurant. Food is very mediocre, certainly overpriced for the portions and style of food. Then to top it all off, the manager came twice to ask us to leave to turn the table over at 1.5 hours (mind you, we were seated nearly 30 mins late). Needless to say, not going back. There are a ton of great restaurants in Miami, unfortunately this isn't one of them.

First time trying and the food was delicious! The zucchini appetizer was so good. We split the wagyu steak and it was delicious. The best part was the fish straight from Greece. So amazing with great flavors. The Vibe was definitely a nice Mediterranean vibe. And the staff was even better. Our waitress was great and the manager! We got amazing desserts baklava with pistachio ice cream! Definitely will be back.

Casa Neos es un restaurant espectacular! El servicio de primera, la comida es fabulosa. La decoración es impeccable; colores suaves cálidos que dan mucha serenidad y elegancia al ambiente. Todos los platos tienen una presentación impecable, pero el sabor ¡WAO! Tuna tartar, tradito de Dorado, y pasta con trufas. El postre: baclava con pimienta de cayena. Es un restaurante costoso. Vale la pena conocerlo David, uno de los manager muy enfocado en en confort y buena experiencia de cada una de las personas.

Keith, the manager is 5-star! Makes you feel at home. We are super healthy foodies (I know, boring) so we had the Greek salad, branzino, mocktails ..you get the picture. About $300 for the hubs and I for dinner. Beautiful space, food was delicious.

The food was very good, but they are not flexible with chages regarding food. There were some food that I wanted that had something spicy. I wanted the spicy stuff out of the food, but I was notified that changes to the menu plates was not possible. So I needes to order something else.

First impressions matter and when you walk in a highly recommended restaurant m, the first interaction you have is with a host. Unfortunately Casa Neos did not meet my expectations. I gave it two shots, the first time they politely didn’t sit us at the table because we were 20 minutes late because of the bridge, but there were plenty of tables available though. The second time we had to wait for our table for 45 minutes after reserved time. The food is nothing special. But the wait staff is pretty friendly and accommodating.

Paola is wonderful. Sweetest person at this establishment and honestly deserves a raise! I’ve been here a few other times and the experience wasn’t as great as they prioritize the members over everything
