With a reservation be prepared to wait an hour, once we were seated our table was unprepared and our waitress was nowhere to be found. Do not recommend unless you was to wait and wait and wait some more. Multiple conversations with a manager and she had no concern for the table or engagements we had planned after the reservation

They don’t care much about service… made me wait 2hrs for a main and then tried to make me feel better by offering an average dessert free of charge

Elegant ambiance but loud music makes conversation tough. The food is good with delightful desserts, but I expected more Mediterranean dishes. Cocktails are fantastic!

We made reservations for 2 at 8:00 on Friday night for my husband’s birthday. We confirmed days in advance and showed up at 7:15 to have a drink at the rooftop bar first. When we checked in with hostess downstairs, she told us someone would text us when our table was ready and to enjoy a drink at the bar on the second floor in the meanwhile. The upstairs dining room was lively but there was plenty of seating at the bar so we sat and ordered drinks. It got busier and more crowded as we sat. At quarter after 8:00, my husband checked with the hostess on the second floor about our table. She said it wasn’t ready yet. At 8:30, someone came over to us at the bar to apologize about the delay and to assure us a manager would seat us and take care of us. At 8:45, a manager escorted us from the bar to our table, told us our server would be with us shortly, and left and never returned. Our server was very nice but service was slow. The food was okay. Nothing transcendent or even great. We ordered 2 appetizers (octopus salad and yellowtail) and 2 entrees and a side (lobster, A5 Wagyu skirt steak, and ratatouille) to share and we didn’t get out of there until 10:30-10:45. No one mentioned my husband’s birthday once, no one returned to the table to apologize for the excessive delay and offer us anything, no one even thanked us for coming when we left. Overall, it was a fairly disappointing experience. The restaurant is beautiful and has tons of potential…but they must still be working out “new restaurant” operational kinks because they missed the mark this time. Hopefully, they’ll make improvements so we can return and try it again.

Great service and nice ambiance. Food was good overall. Red wine selection is limited. Overall great experience.

Resy was for 10:30p they sat us at 11:45p, but they were very understanding and once we sat they had appetizers on the house come out immediately and the waiters were great. Ambiance is great.

We ended up sitting at the bar upstairs with Anna and. Viv because we waited 45 min passed our reservation time. 5 starts because they completely turned the experience around. Great service and food was great despite them being slammed at the bar.

Absolutely amazing! 5th visit and we love it! Appetizers amazing, drinks and entrees wonderful! Especially enjoy the lobster pasta and red snapper. Truffle pommes were delicious as well as the crispy potatoes! Ambience and music fantastic! Can’t wait to return!
