From the reception area you feel a warm, clean and fresh atmosphere; beautiful and polite hosts; an excellent waiter at our table with a lot of style to serve, delicious and incredible food; even if you are cold ask for a blanket to fix it.

I had a reservation 11:30 pm after 30 minutes wait my table in the second floor was ready after another 10 more minutes finally get the table outside nice view a server come to our table pot some water and lets us know the actual water be with us in a few minutes me and my wife wait over 35 minutes I’m just walk of the restaurant I went to the manager I let’s her know she say the servers didn’t know the I was there waoooooo never ever again

To start my husband and I got there 5 min before our reservation, and the host ask us to wait 10 min which I think is okay. After the 10 min we asked her if our table was ready and she said “wait a moment” in which at the ended we waited and hour to be seated even having a reservation. So what’s the reservation for? . After we were seated, the server said it was last call, so basically we didn’t have enough time to think what we were going to have. We started with drinks which were not good. Then the food was SIMPLE! Part of our order was sushi, and no kidding was like Publix sushi. The hummus was so simple too!! We didn’t even want to try the dessert because we thought the food was not tasty. Anyway, 2/10 . Probably is good to go and take some pictures and leave.

The place is beautiful, but the service is not good. Having service charge doesn’t help the good service, waiters don’t make effort. The prices are high, and the quality of the food is not that good. Maybe you need to organize the service better. You should divide the place by assigning a waiter in a specific area with an amount of tables that are near one another. I will sh you all the best.

Guillermo from Cannes (love that he spoke French with us!) was really attentive! Loved the food, and vibe, would recommend!

Loved this restaurant. The music and vibe were amazing and the food was delicious! I would definitely return. With that said, the one area that needs improvement is the service. While everyone was cordial and polite, it wasn't consistent. For example we weren't greeted right away by the hostess, we waited for a few minutes without being acknowledged both upstairs and downstairs. However, the bar staff was great and so was our server.

They are doing it all right. From great food, atmosphere and service. Special shout out to Alejandro who went out of his way to make our night and dinner the way you hope it would be. Front desk handles a busy crowd and hungry diners flawlessly

I have been several time and always the food has been very good. My server, Tatiana, was outstanding - knowledgeable about the selections and not hesitant to recommend items when we inquired. I would definitely return. The restaurant is gorgeous by the way. Very beautifully thought out for Miami.

Terrible experience, service and worse attitude by the staff, the location isn’t that great, the hostess treat you terrible even if you have a reservation. I wouldn’t go back and be treated so poorly for expensive average food. Go elsewhere
