Came here for New Year’s Eve dinner and we were seated at the dead zone outside. No speaker no fire show no service no nothing. What a waste. Why offer a table at this part of the restaurant if you’re going to offer a horrible experience. Especially on New Year’s Eve. If the food and service was somewhat OK then I wouldn’t be leaving this review but everything just went downhill. This is a great place to come for drinks, but I would consider going elsewhere for the food

We have a bad service attendance. Our dessert order took over half an hour. I don't know if the waiter hadn't ordered it or not, but it was terrible. They told us they weren't going to charge us and in the end they charged it to the bill. I wouldn't go back.

Reservation was set for 10 pm. Was sat down by 11pm. Very slow service. Music was good but there would be times where the DJ would raise the music up extremely loud.

Had to wait one hour to be seated after our reservation time. Service was mixed, mezze platter, a starter, came out last after a main dish. Ambience great

It was very bad experience! It was my birthday dinner, but the table was in very bad location (near smoking area and heaters), the paper menu was wet and dirty, my juice had 80% ice (I asked No ice), but second time he also brought it with ice 😡. We asked for salt and were waiting for it 15 minutes. The chais were super uncomfortable. Everything was very slowly. The ice cream was salted. The potato was very hard and burnt. We paid almost 600$ for our spoiled mood.

Love the vibe. Gorgeous space. Butterfly drink was yum. Food was great. Music too. Nice round table for 8 people made it easy to chat w everyone. Will definitely visit again soon.

We had a great lunch. The food, service and ambiance is awesome. The only problem for me is that the music is way too loud. I am a deaf person and wear hearing aids, the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear my friends. I had to take my hearing aids out and it made it very difficult to connect with the others.
