We had a reservation at Casa Neos for 9 PM but were not seated until around 9:40 PM. As soon as we sat down, we were rushed to place our order, barely given time to go through the menu. It felt like the staff just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. The rushing continued throughout the meal—they even started clearing plates while we were still eating, which was extremely rude! Despite complaining to not one, but TWO managers, nothing improved. Our desserts were rushed and taken away again before we had a chance to finish. Then, we were basically pushed to pay and leave. I understand the place is busy and trending, but that is no excuse for such terrible service. The food was okay at best, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal, this is NOT the place to go. We will never return and would strongly advise anyone considering this restaurant to think twice before making a reservation.

Gave us the worst table possible to a group of beautiful ladies celebrating a birthday. No AC and away from everything. We tried to have the hostess accommodate us but she didn’t want to move a finger. So sad the birthday plan was not a good experience.

I had a reservation for 10:30 PM, I arrived and they made me wait 25 minutes on the first floor, then they sent me to the second floor we waited about 10 more minutes, then we sit down and waited 15 more minutes to be served... The attention and organization of the hosts, a disaster. Marco the best server, service after they assigned him our table was incredible, 5 stars for him. Normal food… Respect the time of the guests.

La atención es malísima, fuimos tres amigas nos dieron una mesa en el rooftop al lado de un barco que estaba allí amarrado, hacía muchísimo calor, pedimos cambio de mesa a reiterados camareros y al manager, nadie se preocupó, nos trajeron platos equivocados varias veces, el barco con el motor encendido al lado nuestro, mala experiencia, el lugar muy lindo, la atención malísima

My first time in Casa NEOS was amazing experience but unfortunately last night our waiter made our experience unpleasant.. from the start to end he was with an attitude, pushing to place our order quickly and once the food was on the table in several occasions took our plates away while we were still eating as well my unfinished wine glass. The rest of the crew was kind and professional.
