Terrible experience from start to finish. We went Sunday night 9/15 for 8:30 reservation. It was a group of 4 guests. They have a policy where everyone has to order miami spice menu or no one can. (Very silly rule because most other restaurants can and will accommodate.) that’s just the begining. My guest ordered a cocktail and it came with a Shard of class inside 1/2in long. Our servers and Busser’s were non-existent. We had to ask the manager what’s going on, she did apologize and took our order and she was the only person who checked on us during the night beside the people bringing our food. They brought me a dirty plate and overall just was not worth our time. We hired a driver for the the night and planned a cute date night for 2 couples to have a crappy sub par experience from a place charging and wanting to be like Mila. I love Mila and honestly you’re better off just going there. At the end the manager comped a few drinks as an apology but our time is much more than that and she kept the 20% gratuity on the check as we had minimal water during dinner and zero service. Bad bad bad Casa Neos please do better, your customers deserve better

I had such a great experience at Casa Neos! The food was incredible, and the service from Fabiola was outstanding. Cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful dining experience. Had the Miami Spice menu and every plate we had was excellent. It was 4 of us so we got to try all 4 appetizers and they were all very good, difficult to choose a favorite but probably I would say the hummus, a common dish elevated by the flavors and served with something other than pita. For our entree 3 of us had the salmon, outstanding and the other the truffle pasta which was amazing. The chocolate lava dessert ia worth the up charge. It was a spectacular experience that our server, Tatiana, made even more memorable. Difficult to get a reservation but worth the wait.

Amazing. The vibe is great and the food was even better. We tried a couple things we were hesitant too like sashimi (we’re not big sashimi people) and WOW was so blown away at how delicious. The baklava was amazing too.

The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is perfect. The service is good but the quality of the food for the price does not make sense. It’s extremely over priced for the food you get. It’s another trendy spot in miami with ok food. In the end of your bill they have a “service charge” of $50 that goes to the restaurant and it does not include the tip. So roughly $100 for service charge for the restaurant and a tip. We spent a little over $300 on one appetizer, two main dishes and 3 drinks.

Great overall experience. We waited about 30-min to be seated (even with a reservation), but we got a drink at the bar and it went pretty quickly. The dining room is very tight and hard to move around and the seats were a little uncomfortable for a group of 6. The service was excellent, however, the woman who was clearing the table all night kept taking drinks and plates before we were finished. The food was great except the lamb and truffle pasta were slightly overcooked. Our favorite dishes were the truffle hamachi maki, spicy yellowfin tuna maki, crispy cod beignet, and the varietal citrus sorbets. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

Very disappointed my reservation is for 9pm we are seated 9:45 they try offer champagne for the house exchange for the delay ! Food very spicy without showing on menu portion of food ridiculous for the price ! Truffle spaghetti for $60 dollars not even worth $25 not going to be open for long if keep doing like that !
