The original Casa Mia's comes to Northern Baltimore County with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant, bar and catering business. We are grateful to join this great community and bring with us our tradition of serving delectable-tasting food, using only the finest ingredients. We aim to provide our guests with oustanding service for an all-around exceptional dining experience.

Alden( I believe) is a new waiter. He was so good! He’ll be a great asset to Casa Mia. This is my husband’s and my go to for dinner.

Come here every couple of weeks to meet friends, have a couple beers and food and to catch up. Food and service is always good. Jimmy, our server the last several visits is wonderful.

We'd heard about the great crab cakes at Casa Mia, so gave it a try. We sat at a high top in the bar. Everything was great! We had the crab cake appetizer, my wife had the filet (was perfectly cooked), and I had a pizza and caesar salad. Food was excellent. Service was also very good. The owner came up to our table at the end to check on us, which was a nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed the restaurant. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Great place, great food, great waitstaff. Dining area is a bit noisy from the bar area but otherwise outstanding!

Normally really like this restaurant. Dover sole special came fried not sautéed as on the menu. It is too delicate of a fish to put in a deep fryer. Au gratin potatoes came as mashed. I hate mashed potatoes. Server never checked back on the food so I ate it not wanting to make my wife and daughter wait for me to order something else.

Poor service- Was seated promptly, Waitied for service to come by for 15-20 then received water and waited 10-15 to come back with drinks. Service made this bad, the crab cake was cold and the server clearly wasn’t worried about others waiting. It’s a good location……

Kaylee was wonderful, David’s visit to the table was most welcome the appetizers and steak sub great, only bump was one of my guests said his burger was too well done but not enough to send it back. He wanted medium rare and Ther was no red🤪

Met friend for happy hour. We go here every couple of weeks. Had nachos and a couple of beers. Jimmy, the bartender, was our server. Very friendly and provided great service.

This was our third time at Casa Mia's and the food is always very good. The front dining area is nice and preferred over the rear dining area which can seem a little disconnected from the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service has always been attentive and respectful.
