Food that we ordered was so so . Shrimp cocktail was not fresh . Server wasn’t take our orders right . Already told him no crisps in the salad , still bring out with crisps . Ordered a striped bass ( it’s a $68 whole fish dish ) , then came out fish taco 🙂 He asked us if we have any allergies . Already told him that allergic to peanut , potato and mango . Still got food with mango in it . Views is great but I won’t go back again . Not recommend at all .

Horrible service got our order wrong the salmon was fishy the agua Chile had barely any flavor but the hamburger was really good and fries

Food is decent but service is not. We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast and dinner here. Both visits were a headache. The dinner reservation I made far in advance before our stay (2 people). We arrived on time but it took them nearly 15 minutes to seat us. I requested anything with a view. More than half the seating in this restaurant has a window that is visible nearby. Both times they crammed us on a couch (that is more of a lounge area than dining where you feel like you’re eating off of a coffee table) despite our request and reservation. For dinner they showed us our table, we asked if we could be seated where there was somewhat of a view within sight, they said no and they do not have any option for that. We asked to sit at the bar where there was room but we couldn’t get a second chair moved next to an open one. We finally get seated and after receiving our drinks, two ladies are seated next to us. One of them refuses to sit because she demanded a view. They eventually got a table with a view despite them arriving much later than us, even after we inquired first and made a reservation, were hotel guests, etc. It was infuriating. F They also need more staff for breakfast. Despite there being several people working, only one was actually tending to guests. He was working his hardest but service was slow because he didn’t have any help despite others literally walking around with headphones on taking their time. Additionally, my friend and i tried calling the restaurant several times with no answer. We finally called the hotel instead to answer our question since the hotel desk and restaurant are within feet of each other. The gentleman on the phone said “there will literally be four of them standing at the host stand and they just never answer the phone”. Which in fact seemed to be true when we arrived for our dinner reservation. Food portion sizes were small, like really small, despite a hefty price tag.

I came here with one of my really good friends & they did not disappoint. The guac & plantain chips were delicious, the branzino was fresh & flavorful & service was excellent. Quite noisy, but in an exciting way. The ambience was gorgeous. Would definitely come back.

Service is not great. It was extremely hot, over 100° and we sat for about 10-15 minutes before someone came by with water which we had to ask for. We had to constantly ask for our waters to be filled to where we asked them to just leave the canister at the table. It took so long for our drinks and food to come. We rarely saw our waiter. For the price, this place wasn’t really worth it aside from the view which we didn’t even get to see even though I requested it and the restaurant was pretty empty.
